Madaly has experience in many different roles throughout her 20-year career. She has worked in a number of industries including healthcare, manufacturing, retail, design, financial, and law. Madaly takes pride in running a smooth and efficient front office. Whether it's planning a Magnet 360 event, scheduling a meeting or proof-reading a document, she always strives for excellence.

Madaly is on the board of SLSHA and was a board member for AHS Touchdown Club. She was recognized with the Star of Excellence Award during her retail career.
