Patty Radford Henderson
Patty is a marketing executive with 20 years of business development, brand management, strategic marketing planning and operations experience within the manufacturing, distribution, service, retail, e-commerce and marketing service industries. At her core she is a digitally driven strategist with a passion for brand utility, customer experience, interactive marketing, social media and CRM. She loves to move the needle and has a proven track record of delivering top and bottom line results for national brands.

As Executive Director for Magnet 360, Patty takes a holistic and collaborative approach to architecting the solution with the most impact. She is astute at structuring teams for optimal results and at putting the necessary infrastructure in place to ensure productivity, profitability, accuracy, on time delivery and ROI.

Prior to joining Magnet 360 Patty was Interactive Director at Colle + McVoy where she built the interactive marketing discipline from the ground up, achieving 300% annual growth in interactive billings. At C+M she led a team of strategists providing interactive marketing planning for: Johnson & Johnson, Cenex, Manhattan Toy, Taubman Centers, Aveda, Case IH, New Holland, Ebert & Gerberts, Minnesota State Lottery, RBFF, Nestle Purina, Time Warner Cable, University of Illinois Foundation, Courage Center, Free Arts, Propane Education and Research Council, ESPN Bass, Dupont, Rhymsayers Entertainment and Yahoo! Patty’s agency side experience also includes Martin|Williams where she led integrated planning in the areas of site experience, e-commerce, online advertising, point-of-sale, packaging, collateral and direct marketing for Powertel a cellular company (now part of T-mobile.)

Patty passion for consumer trends has been fueled by senior positions with category leaders. At Target Corporation she led planning for all interactive/emerging media initiatives within electronics, entertainment, kids, toys, sporting goods, Holiday and Target Financial Services. At Juut Salonspa Patty led a major rebranding effort which included a the launch of a trend publication, the revamp of all collateral and in-store signage, the redesign of Juut.com and the launch of an eCRM program. At Regis Corporation she provided strategic and creative direction for all advertising, direct marketing, collateral, in store signage, private label product, website, CRM and PR efforts for the Regis Salon division. While at Regis, she achieved double-digit gains in same store sales while cutting marketing costs and migrating the Regis brand’s promotional strategy from discount to seasonal trends. Patty also led product development and marketing efforts for a leading manufacturer of gifts and stationery during a period when the company achieved 32% annual sales growth.
