Abby Bailey
Abby has nearly 15 years of marketing and technology experience helping clients grow their business within the automotive, manufacturing, healthcare, insurance, financial services, and consumer-packaged goods industries. Abby specializes in digital strategy, online marketing, user experience, customer insights and measurement. She enjoys collaborating with clients to solve business problems and assembling the right team. She has a proven track record in achieving objectives and motivates teams to the desired results. Prior to Magnet 360, Abby spent almost eight years at JWT, one of the world’s oldest and largest advertising agency networks, in various leadership roles on the direct and digital side of the business. Abby managed the Ford relationship for multiple divisions of JWT and was responsible for the dealer communication systems for Ford, Lincoln Mercury, Ford Customer Service Division and Ford of Britain. She also maintained the business critical consumer contests and incentives data. In addition, she partnered with the traditional side of the business in launching many consumer campaigns. While at JWT, Abby also led marketing and technology efforts for 3M, UnitedHealth Group, The Mayo Clinic, CenterPoint Energy, National Cable Communications, Royal Bank of Canada, and White Castle.

Abby started her career in the retention/loyalty group at US West designing tiered incentive programs for a 14-state region. Then went on to work in packaging design and marketing communications before falling for all things digital. At iPares, an interactive agency, she managed a variety online marketing initiatives for Fortune 500 clients including the launch of the first Mars Foodservice B2B website for the foodservice industry and the development of U.S. Bank’s Online Banking and Bill Pay tutorials.

As Executive Director for Magnet 360, Abby will provide an integrated approach to solving business problems while being media and technology neutral.
